Not all my adventures are outside the house, some are entirely domestic. Have really been enjoying cooking this past week, even though (or maybe because?) the kitchen is so tiny it feels like playing house. Made some rajma and prawn curry last week, Sri Lankan pork (sorta, I improvised) and pasta yesterday and today, this easy peasy tart. Easy if you can buy ready made puff pastry ie. My one note is that the tomatoes were too juicy ergo soggy tart but now we know and now I know how to fix it for next time.
